Leif Karlberg is passionate about building and sustaining close relationships, while helping his clients accomplish their homeownership goals. Above all, he is concerned with caring for the needs of his clients, communicating in a clear and efficient manner, and working hard to put his clients in a loan that best fits their financial needs and goals.

Leif first moved to Idaho while working as a college basketball coach. His coaching background, coupled with his collegiate and overseas playing career has provided a great foundation for how he conducts his mortgage services. Born and raised in Anchorage, AK, Leif enjoys a wide variety of sports and outdoor activities. He and his wife Olivia live in Boise with their two children and enjoy serving at Boise Gospel Church.
